1. What is the PATT Club?
The PATT Club stands for 'People Alone Travelling Together' It is a travel club that caters for people who, for whatever reason, have noone to travel with, be it single, separated, divorced or widowed people...whatever the reason that you find you have noone to travel with the PATT Club is for you...

N.B The PATT Club is not a dating agency...

2. Are you licenced and bonded?
All our foreign travel is operated in conjunction with Travel Management Solutions, licence no 0535, which is a fully bonded Travel Agents in Dublin.

3. Is the majority of people travelling on the tours male or female?
The majority of people in the PATT Club are female, however we have noticed a vast increase in the number of males joining the PATT Club in recent times...

4. What is the age group on most trips?
We have PATT Club members who are in their early 30's right up to members in their early 80's. However the majority of people travelling to date would be between 50-75years of age. All age groups welcome on all tours.

5. How many people go on each trip?
Usually, we would have a group of between 10-20 pax travelling at any one time in a group. We tend to keep numbers limited for most tours as its less intimidating for people travelling with the Club for their first tour...

6. Does someone travel with the PATT Club group?
Yes...a PATT Club Representative travels on each tour with the group.

7. What does the Rep do?
The PATT Club Representative travels with the group to ensure the smooth running of the tour. They will assist with airport and hotel check-in. They also arrange a 'Welcome meeting' in the hotel to introduce members to each other and to highlight any activites or excursions that are available for the duration of the tour. The PATT Club Representative is on hand day and night for any queries or problems that members may have. THEY ARE NOT ON THEIR HOLIDAY!

8. Is there a single supplement payable?
We have noticed that most members travelling for the first time on a tour prefer to have a single room and yes-there is a single room supplement payable for this, which differs on each tour as the Hotels change...

However, after a member has travelled on their first tour, they sometimes feel more confident and don't mind sharing with another person e.g that they have met on a previous tour or a friend/relative.

Sometimes people just want a single room on all tours which is ok with us too.

N.B Please be advised that single rooms are always the first to sell out on most tours and they are sold on a first come, first served basis...

9. Where do the PATT Club fly from?
As the PATT Club is a Nationwide Club, most of our tours abroad depart from Dublin.

Although, departures can be available from Cork and Belfast from time to time...

10. Do you do any trips in Ireland?
Yes, we do run weekend breaks and social gatherings in Ireland. Details of same can be found under 'Ireland Tours' tab on our homepage.
