Georgia, the start of the Robert Mizzell - Gone with the Wind Tour, October 2010 from The PATT Club, Group Holidays
Our tour begins in Savannah, Georgia. One of America’s oldest cities it was founded in 1733. Hip and historic, robust and refined, Savannah is where you'll find amazing architecture, spooky cemeteries and rich history—along with global sophistication, funky nightlife and fabulous food. It's where history resonates into the present day, and where memories are still being made.

Charleston is one of the most beautiful cities in America. Gorgeous Southern-style homes, beautiful parks, and a historic waterfront area offer you on opportunity to experience the finest that Charleston has to offer: Rhett Butler's Old South. This is the natural setting for the very famous “Gone with the Wind” book and film of the same title. You will see Rainbow Row, cobblestone streets, plantations, the French quarter, slave mart, waterfront mansions, Catfish Row, pirates gallows, and the Citadel.

Leaving Charleston we continue north to the fabulous Myrtle Beach, home to some of the best golf courses in the world, but also boasting 60 miles of fabulous golden beaches. Myrtle Beach is also home to some fabulous entertainment including The Alabama Theatre, home of renowned country band Alabama, The "Carolina Opry" and "Legends in Concert". With so much to do there won’t be a free moment in Myrtle Beach.

The last leg of our journey takes us to the home of Country Music, Nashville, Tennessee. Non-stop music, loads to see and do and entry into all the hot spots in Nashville including the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music hall of fame.
